The charging pile is used as the power supply, so the importance of the charging pile cable cannot be overstated, just like the gas stations that can be seen everywhere in daily life, it has long been common, which greatly facilitates our travel. Today, what we want to introduce to you is the carrier of power transmission - charging pile cable 1. Number of conductor cores: 2, 3, 4, 5. Conductors belong to category 6 in EN60228. Tin plated or unplated. 2. The isolation layer allows the conductor to be wound with an isolation layer of suitable material. 3. Conductors must be covered with specified insulating material. Insulation must be extruded pack and must be solid and uniform. After insulation has been removed, the insulation itself and the conductors or existing tin plating shall not be damaged. The prescribed value of the insulation thickness shall comply with the standard. 4. The core wires and filling core wires of the charging pile cables must be twisted. Center fillers are permitted. 5. The inner sheath (if any) stranded core wire must be covered with an inner sheath of the same material as the outer sheath or insulating material. The inner sheath must be extruded over the insulating cores, allowing to fit into the gaps between the insulating cores, forming a true circle. There shall be no harmful contact between the inner sheath and the insulation. The inner sheath must not be glued to the insulated core wire. The specified value of the inner sheath thickness must comply with the standard. 6. Shielding bare copper wire or tinned copper wire braided shielding shall cover the inner sheath. The nominal diameter of the copper wire should comply with the standard given value. Total splicing number, twist and angle, fill factor in shielding length 100. 7. Sheath or outer sheath. The shielded or stranded cores must be covered with the specified sheath material. The outer sheath must be single extruded and must fit snugly but not stick to the shield or core. The specified value of the sheath thickness shall comply with the standard.
