What is the input power of the DC charging pile? The input power of DC charging piles is between 15kw and 360kw. Common DC charging pile powers are 30kw, 60kw, 90kw, 120kw, 150kw, 180kw, 240kw, etc. AC power can be converted into high-voltage direct current for cars through charging piles. In terms of power, different charging piles have different powers. The DC charging pile is generally fixedly installed outside the electric vehicle and connected to the AC grid, which can provide sufficient power, and the output voltage and current adjustment range is also large. Since the DC charging pile is powered by a three-phase four-wire system, it can provide sufficient power, and the output voltage and current can be adjusted in a large range, which can meet the requirements of fast charging. The power of the DC charging pile depends on the manufacturer and model, and the charging power will also be different. The DC pile is added with a module (the AC pile does not have a module), and it is connected to a 380V three-phase voltage. Common It is a 15KW module, so the power is generally 15KW, 30KW, 45KW, 60KW, 90KW, 120KW, 180KW, 240KW, 360KW, etc. Charging power is mainly determined by charging current and charging voltage. The greater the charging power, the greater the charging current and the higher the charging voltage. Therefore, new energy vehicles are charged with charging piles with higher charging power, which can effectively shorten the waiting time for charging and improve the convenience of using the car. However, the charging power cannot be increased arbitrarily. Although super charging piles with a charging power of more than 450KW have been developed, the greater the charging power, the higher the requirements for the quality of the grid circuit and the battery. If the battery is too large, the heat generated by the circuit and the battery will be too high, causing a combustion accident.
