1. Daily maintenance 1. Charging gun ① When not in use, try to avoid direct exposure of the gun head to the outside, and plug it back into the socket to prevent damage. Check the charging cable or the charging gun head. If there are problems such as damaged shell or exposed cable, please do not continue to use it; Existence of water; 2. Pile detection (1) pile casing: whether it is rusted or leaking; (2) display screen: whether the display information is complete and whether it will be blurred; (3) indicator light: whether it can indicate normally; (4) Equipment door lock: whether it is damaged and locked; (5) Emergency stop switch: whether it is damaged; 3. Function inspection 1) Charging function: communicate with the charger or driver to see if there is abnormal charging; 2) background Connection: Whether the networked pile is connected to the server; 4. Data record 1) Power record: download data once a month, as follow-up operation data analysis; 2) Fault record: record and follow up the found faults; 2. Patrol inspection Maintenance 1. Inspection of internal components (look, smell, ask, measure) 1) Internal cables: whether there is any damage; whether there are fallen cables, and whether there is a burnt smell; 2) Screw inspection: check whether the screw holes are loose , 3) Whether the wiring terminal changes color, especially on the strong current side; 4) Check the leakage protection button of the circuit breaker: whether the detection is normal; 5) AC input circuit breaker: whether the switch can be closed normally; Whether the capacity is normal, whether the current output capacity is normal; ② Whether the red light is flashing, the red light is abnormal, and you need to contact the new energy charging pile manufacturer for coordination and resolution; ③ Whether the fan is running normally (not turning or the speed is falling) 2. Function check 1 ) Charging function: whether the voltage and current output is normal; 2) card swiping function: whether the response of swiping the card is normal; 3) emergency stop function: whether the emergency stop can operate normally; Difference; 3. Dust removal 1) Clean up the dust inside the charging pile, mainly for the power module, the main control PCB circuit, and the dust at the cooling air outlet; 2) Clean and replace the filter; 4. Inspection and maintenance cycle inspection Check and maintain the geographical location, seasonal climate, and frequency of use of each charging station to formulate a cycle by itself, in units of n/week/month. (Usually divided into: weekly, monthly, seasonal maintenance,) Third, operating specifications 3.1. Insert the charging gun into the car to ensure a reliable connection between the gun and the car (the yellow charging light flashes to prove that the connection is reliable). 3.2. Click on the upper right corner of the charging interface“enter password”button, enter the password:****** or swipe the charging card to enter the charging interface. 3.3. Click the start button, and the insulation detection and other information will be prompted at the bottom of the screen. 3.4. When the screen displays“Charging, please ensure that the charging cable is connected reliably”When the text is displayed, it indicates that the charging is successful. 3.5. End charging: not fully charged: need to re-enter the password, click the shutdown button, unplug the charging gun and put it back to the original place. Fully charged: Exit the interface directly, unplug the charging gun and put it back to the original place. 4. Precautions for operation 4.1. In wet weather, make sure that the charging gun head and the electric vehicle socket are dry, otherwise charging is prohibited. 4.2. It is strictly forbidden to use the charging pile when the charging gun or charging cable is defective, cracked, worn, broken, or the charging cable is exposed. If you find any, please contact the electrician in time. 4.3. It is forbidden to pull the gun directly during the charging process. 4.4. At the end of charging, it is recommended to unplug the charging cable after the charging interface jumps completely. (Voltage and current rise and fall requires a process to ensure safety) 4.5. During the charging process, the vehicle is prohibited from driving, and it can only be charged when it is stationary. Before charging, ensure that the vehicle has been turned off before charging. 4.6. Special fire-fighting equipment should be equipped near the charging pile to prevent emergencies. 4.7. Charging pile stations need to have personnel who have received training and safety education (charging workers, safety officers), as the special person in charge of charging pile stations, to carry out daily maintenance of charging pile stations, charging management, and safe charging guidance. 5. General problem solving 5.1. The gun is plugged in, but the interface does not show that it is connected or does not show“start charging”Button? Please check whether the charging gun is connected reliably and whether the buckle of the charging gun is fastened; check whether the vehicle instrument is powered after the charging gun is connected (the pile will provide power to the vehicle). If the connection is reliable, you can contact the pile service provider (Diandian Electrician) to check whether there is a hardware or software communication problem. 5.2. (Swiping the card) started charging, and stopped charging after a while? This is generally a communication problem between the battery BMS and the pile, so after the card is swiped, re-plug and test charging. Please also record it by yourself. If there is a recurrence, you should report it and contact Diandian Electrician at 400-617-9086 to solve it. 5.3. Card lock phenomenon 5.3.1. Remember to swipe the card after charging is finished/stopped. Unless there is a failure and the card cannot be swiped, the card must be swiped for settlement, otherwise the card will be locked. 5.3.2. During charging, do not cut off the power directly, or pull out the gun and leave after stopping charging. After locking the card, you need to go to the designated office to unlock it. 6. Use of emergency stop button 6.1. If the machine leaks electricity, please press the emergency stop button immediately. 6.2. In case of fire, electric shock and other abnormal conditions, please press the emergency stop switch immediately. 6.3. If the pile fails, if charging cannot be stopped, the internal circuit is short-circuited and other abnormal conditions, please press the emergency stop switch immediately. 6.4. Press the emergency stop button on the pile body to directly cut off the input AC power, and the pile body will be powered off. Note: When using the charging pile, please charge according to the normal process. In case of emergency, please press the emergency stop button. When the above critical situation is resolved, please turn the emergency stop switch, the person opens the side door of the pile body, and then manually close the AC input leakage protection switch (when closing the leakage protection switch, you need to pull it down to the bottom and then close it) and then power on again. The power distribution gate of the charging pile site should not be too far away from the charging pile. It is necessary to have special fire-fighting passages and fire-fighting facilities (electric fire-fighting), and regularly check the fire-fighting facilities to ensure that the facilities are normal, and do a good job of safety drills and emergency plans. .
