The future market of charging piles? At present, many provinces have proposed to speed up the construction of charging piles in expressway service areas. Jiangxi proposed to achieve full coverage of charging piles in expressway service areas by the end of 2022; Anhui proposed that by 2023, all expressway service areas and major highways in the province will be built with charging and swapping stations; in addition, Henan, Shandong and other provinces have also introduced relevant policies. At the same time, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places announced plans to promote charging and swapping infrastructure. With the development of the charging pile market, the modified plastic market will also increase. As an important part of advanced polymer materials, modified plastic materials have been widely used in various parts of car charging piles. The charging pile shell made of halogen-free flame-retardant PC material or halogen-free flame-retardant PC alloy material not only meets the protection requirements for possible collisions during transportation, installation and use, but also is suitable for its complex working conditions and environments. As a charging gun housing, in addition to flame retardancy, electrical insulation and weather resistance, it should also have good rigidity and toughness to avoid damage caused by falling and vehicle rolling. At the same time, considering the good appearance, it is recommended to use halogen-free flame-retardant and weather-resistant PC and its alloy materials. The charging connector head, including the socket and plug, is directly transferred to the wire, which requires excellent electrical insulation, flame retardancy and heat resistance. At the same time, in order to meet the service life requirements of long-term plugging and unplugging, the material needs excellent mechanical properties, and it is recommended to use halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced nylon material. Since the long-term use temperature of the charging pile cable is -40°C~105°C and -40°C~125°C, the requirements for the cable are oil resistance, halogen-free flame retardant, weather resistance, aging resistance, softness, low temperature resistance, etc. , The inner sheath can be made of halogen-free flame-retardant TPE, TPU, PVC, halogen-free flame-retardant elastomer, etc. With the continuous promotion and application of new energy vehicles, the miniaturization and light weight of charging facilities will be the future development direction. Some high-performance new modified plastic materials and other elastomer materials will be engineeringly applied in charging facilities to help the new energy industry. New energy will radiate more industries and materials, and the future will be promising! .
